利用規約
この規約は、株式会社なりたんこーぽれーしょん（以下「運営者」）が提供する「たぶんはい」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用した時点で、この規約に同意したものとします。
1. 本サービスの内容
本サービスは、1日1つのお題の言葉を、はい・いいえで答えられる質問で当てるゲームです。質問への答えはAIが判定します。答えが実際と違うことがあります。
2. アカウント
- ログインにはGoogleアカウントを使います。ログインしなくても遊べます。
- ニックネームとアイコンは、ほかの利用者に公開されます（ランキングなど）。
- アカウントはいつでも退会できます。退会すると、ニックネーム・アイコン・プレイ記録は消え、元に戻せません。
3. 禁止すること
- 性的、暴力的、差別的、他人を傷つける画像や名前を使うこと。
- 他人になりすますこと。他人の権利（著作権、肖像権など）を侵害する画像を使うこと。
- 複数のアカウントやプログラムを使って、ランキングやゲームの結果を不正に操作すること。
- 本サービスに過大な負荷をかけること。
4. 投稿した画像の扱い
- 投稿した画像は、自動チェックを通ったものだけが表示されます。画像の投稿は1日3回までです。
- 運営者は、この規約に反する、または不適切と判断した画像や名前を、予告なく削除・変更できます。通報が一定数集まった画像は、運営者が確かめるまで表示を外します。
- 投稿した画像の権利は投稿者に残ります。運営者は、本サービスで表示するために必要な範囲でその画像を使います。
5. 有料プラン「おかわり」「無限おかわり」
- 料金は、「おかわり」が月300円、「無限おかわり」が月800円です（いずれも税込）。申し込み時と、その後は毎月の更新日に自動で決済します。お支払いはStripeを通じて行い、運営者はカード番号を保持しません。
- 日本語以外の画面から申し込んだ場合の料金は米ドル建てで、「おかわり」が月3ドル、「無限おかわり」が月8ドル、切り替えの差額が5ドルです。
- 内容は、毎日のお題とは別の言葉で、ひとりで、またはふたりで対戦して遊べる機能です。「おかわり」は、ひとりのプレイと対戦を合わせて1日20プレイまでです。「無限おかわり」に回数の制限はありません。
- 「おかわり」を契約中の人は、差額の500円（税込）を支払うと、その時点から「無限おかわり」に切り替えられます。次の更新日からの料金は月800円です。
- 「無限おかわり」から「おかわり」への切り替えは、アカウント画面から申し込めます。次の更新日から切り替わり、それまでは「無限おかわり」のまま利用できます。
- アカウント画面の「お支払いの管理」からいつでも解約できます。解約後も、支払い済みの期間の終わりまで利用できます。支払い済みの料金（切り替えの差額を含む）は返金しません。
- プログラムなど自動化した手段での利用や、極端に多い利用があったときは、確認を求めたり、利用を制限・停止したりすることがあります。
- 運営者は、料金や内容を変更することがあります。変更する場合は、本サービス上で事前にお知らせします。
- 退会すると、有料プランも終了します。
6. 免責
- 本サービスは現状のまま提供します。内容の正確さ、途切れないこと、特定の目的に合うことは保証しません。
- 運営者は、本サービスの利用や利用できなかったことによる損害について、運営者に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。
- 運営者は、本サービスの内容をいつでも変更・中断・終了できます。
7. 規約の変更
運営者は、必要に応じてこの規約を変更します。変更後の規約は、本サービス上に掲載した時点から適用します。
8. 準拠法
この規約は日本法に従って解釈します。

Terms of Use (English)
This is an English translation of the Japanese terms above. If the two differ, the Japanese text prevails.
These terms set out the conditions for using Probably Yes (「たぶんはい」, the "Service"), provided by 株式会社なりたんこーぽれーしょん (the "Operator"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
The Service is a game in which you guess one word a day by asking questions that can be answered yes or no. The answers to your questions are judged by AI and may sometimes be wrong.
2. Accounts
- You log in with a Google account. You can also play without logging in.
- Your nickname and avatar are shown to other users (for example, on the leaderboard).
- You can delete your account at any time. When you do, your nickname, avatar and play records are erased and cannot be restored.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Using images or names that are sexual, violent, discriminatory or hurtful to others.
- Impersonating another person, or using images that infringe the rights of others (such as copyright or portrait rights).
- Using multiple accounts or programs to manipulate the leaderboard or game results.
- Placing an excessive load on the Service.
4. Images you upload
- Only images that pass an automated check are shown. You can upload an image up to 3 times a day.
- The Operator may remove or change, without notice, any image or name that violates these terms or that it judges to be inappropriate. An image that receives a certain number of reports is hidden until the Operator has reviewed it.
- You keep the rights to the images you upload. The Operator uses them to the extent needed to display them in the Service.
5. Paid plans: Encore and Unlimited Encore
- The paid plans are Encore (「おかわり」) and Unlimited Encore (「無限おかわり」). If you subscribe from a page in English, Spanish, Chinese or Korean, you are charged in US dollars: Encore is $3 a month and Unlimited Encore is $8 a month. If you subscribe from a page in Japanese, you are charged in Japanese yen: ¥300 a month and ¥800 a month (tax included). You are charged when you subscribe and then automatically on your renewal date each month. Payments are processed by Stripe; the Operator does not hold your card number.
- The paid plans let you play words other than the daily puzzle, solo or in a two-player match. Encore allows up to 20 plays a day, counting solo plays and matches together. Unlimited Encore has no limit on plays.
- If you are subscribed to Encore, you can switch to Unlimited Encore from that moment by paying the difference of $5 (or ¥500, tax included, for a subscription in yen). From your next renewal date, the price is that of Unlimited Encore.
- You can ask to switch from Unlimited Encore back to Encore on the account page. The switch takes effect on your next renewal date; until then you stay on Unlimited Encore.
- You can cancel at any time under "Manage billing" on the account page. After you cancel, you can keep playing until the end of the period you have paid for. Amounts already paid (including the difference paid for switching) are not refunded.
- If the Service is used by automated means such as programs, or used to an extreme degree, the Operator may ask for verification, or limit or suspend use.
- The Operator may change the prices or the content of the plans. Any change will be announced on the Service in advance.
- If you delete your account, your paid plan also ends.
6. Disclaimer
- The Service is provided as is. The Operator does not guarantee that its content is accurate, that it will be available without interruption, or that it is fit for a particular purpose.
- The Operator is not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, except where the Operator acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
- The Operator may change, suspend or end the Service at any time.
7. Changes to these terms
The Operator may change these terms when necessary. The changed terms apply from the time they are posted on the Service.
8. Governing law
These terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
