プライバシーポリシー
株式会社なりたんこーぽれーしょん（以下「運営者」）は、「たぶんはい」（以下「本サービス」）で扱う利用者の情報について、次のとおり定めます。
1. 集める情報
- ログインで受け取る情報: Googleアカウントのメールアドレスと識別子。Googleから氏名やプロフィール画像も受け取りますが、本サービスでは表示に使いません。
- 利用者が入力する情報: ニックネーム、アイコン画像。
- 有料プランの情報: Stripe上のお客様番号、購読の状態と期間。
- プレイの記録: 入力した質問の文面、その答え、質問の数、正解や降参の時刻、遊び始めたときの国（通信から判断する国名だけで、IPアドレスは記録しません）と画面の言語。ログインしていない場合も、ブラウザに保存した匿名の識別子に結びつけて記録します。
- おかわりのページを見た記録: ログインしている場合、おかわり（有料プラン）の画面を開いた日時と、どの画面か。サービスの改善と案内のために使います。
- Cookie: ログイン状態を保つためのもの、匿名の識別子、ログイン手続き中の一時的なもの、アクセス解析と広告のためのもの。
- 通信の記録: IPアドレス、ブラウザの種類、アクセス日時など、サーバーやインフラが自動で記録するもの。
- アクセスの解析情報: 見たページ、滞在時間、操作、おおまかな地域、使用した端末やブラウザの種類など、Google アナリティクスが集めるもの。氏名やメールアドレスとは結びつけません。
2. 使う目的
- ゲームの提供（お題の判定、進行の保存、ランキングの表示）。
- ログインと本人の確認。
- 不適切な画像や不正な操作への対処。
- 障害の調査と、本サービスの改善。
- 利用状況の把握（どのページがどれだけ見られているか、など）。
- 広告の表示。
3. 外部のサービスへの提供
本サービスは次の外部サービスを使っており、目的に必要な範囲で情報を渡します。いずれも日本国外のサーバーを含みます。
- Supabase: ログインの管理と、ニックネーム・プレイ記録などの保存。
- Cloudflare: 本サービスの配信と、アイコン画像の保存・配信。また、Cloudflare Web Analytics で、見たページ、おおまかな地域、表示の速さなどを数えます。Cookie は使わず、個人を識別する情報も集めません。
- Google: ログイン。
- Cloudflare Turnstile: 有料プランで、プログラムによる自動の操作でないかを確かめるために使うことがあります。確認のとき、IPアドレスやブラウザの情報がCloudflareに送られます。
- TypeSafe AI（OpenRouter経由）: 質問への答えを判定するため、入力した質問の文面とお題の情報を送ります。個人を特定する情報は送りません。
- OpenAI: 投稿されたアイコン画像が不適切でないかを判定するため、画像を送ります。
- Stripe: 有料プランの決済。カード番号などの支払い情報はStripeが扱い、運営者は保持しません。運営者が受け取るのは、お客様番号と購読の状態です。
- Google AdSense: 広告を表示するために使います。Google は Cookie を使って、本サービスや他のサイトへのアクセス情報にもとづく広告を出すことがあります。パーソナライズ広告を望まない場合は、Google の広告設定（google.com/settings/ads）で無効にできます。しくみの詳細は Google の「広告 – ポリシーと規約」（policies.google.com/technologies/ads）をご覧ください。
- Google アナリティクス: 利用状況を把握するため、Cookie を使ってアクセスの解析情報を集めます。集めた情報は Google が管理し、Google のプライバシーポリシー（policies.google.com/privacy）にもとづいて扱われます。集められたくない場合は、Google が配布するオプトアウト アドオン（tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout）を使うか、ブラウザで Cookie を無効にしてください。
これ以外に、法令にもとづく場合を除き、本人の同意なく第三者に情報を提供しません。
4. 保存する期間
- アカウントに結びつく情報は、退会するまで保存します。退会すると、ニックネーム・アイコン・プレイ記録は消えます。
- ログインしていない状態の記録は、匿名の識別子に結びつけたまま保存します。ブラウザのCookieを消すと、本人からはたどれなくなります。
- 通信の記録は、インフラの提供元の定める期間で消えます。
5. 利用者ができること
- アカウント画面から、ニックネームとアイコンをいつでも変えられます。ただし、新しい画像の投稿は1日3回までです。
- アカウント画面から退会できます。
- 自分の情報の開示や削除を求めるときは、下記の連絡先までお知らせください。
6. EEA・英国・スイスにお住まいの方へ
欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスから利用する方には、上記に加えて次のことが当てはまります。
- 管理者: 情報を扱う責任者は運営者です。連絡先は下記のとおりです。
- 扱う根拠: ゲームの提供、ログイン、有料プランの提供は、利用者との契約（利用規約）を果たすために必要なものです。不正な操作への対処、障害の調査、本サービスの改善は、運営者の正当な利益にもとづきます。アクセス解析と広告のためのCookieは、利用者の同意にもとづきます。
- Cookieの同意: これらの地域から利用する方には、同意をいただくまで、アクセス解析と広告のためのCookieを使いません。同意しなくても本サービスは使えます。同意を求める案内を表示するようになったあとは、同意はその案内の設定からいつでも取り消せます。
- 利用者の権利: 自分の情報について、開示、訂正、削除、取り扱いの制限、ほかのサービスへ持ち運べる形での受け取りを求めること、取り扱いに異議を述べることができます。下記の連絡先までお知らせください。お住まいの国の監督機関に申し立てることもできます。
- 国外への移転: 情報は日本、および「3. 外部のサービスへの提供」に挙げたサービスのサーバーがある国（米国など）で扱われます。移転にあたっては、各サービスが定める標準契約条項などの保護の仕組みによります。
7. 変更
このポリシーは、必要に応じて変更します。変更後の内容は、本サービス上に掲載した時点から適用します。

This is an English translation of the Japanese policy above. If the two differ, the Japanese text prevails.
株式会社なりたんこーぽれーしょん (the "Operator") sets out below how it handles information about users of Probably Yes (「たぶんはい」, the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Information received when you log in: the email address and identifier of your Google account. We also receive your name and profile picture from Google, but the Service does not display them.
- Information you enter: your nickname and avatar image.
- Paid plan information: your customer number at Stripe, and the status and period of your subscription.
- Play records: the text of the questions you enter, the answers to them, the number of questions, the time you solved the puzzle or gave up, and the country you started playing from (only the country inferred from the connection; the IP address is not recorded) and the language of the screen. If you are not logged in, these are recorded against an anonymous identifier stored in your browser.
- Encore page views: if you are logged in, the date and time you opened the Encore (paid plan) pages, and which page. Used to improve the Service and to decide what to offer.
- Cookies: cookies that keep you logged in, the anonymous identifier, temporary cookies used during login, and cookies for analytics and advertising.
- Connection logs: your IP address, browser type, time of access and similar information recorded automatically by servers and infrastructure.
- Analytics information: pages viewed, time spent, actions taken, approximate region, and the type of device and browser, as collected by Google Analytics. This is not linked to your name or email address.
2. How we use it
- To provide the game (judging answers, saving progress, showing the leaderboard).
- To log you in and confirm who you are.
- To deal with inappropriate images and abuse.
- To investigate faults and improve the Service.
- To understand how the Service is used (for example, which pages are viewed and how often).
- To show advertising.
3. Sharing with outside services
The Service uses the following outside services and passes them information to the extent needed for each purpose. All of them include servers outside Japan.
- Supabase: managing logins, and storing nicknames, play records and similar data.
- Cloudflare: delivering the Service, and storing and delivering avatar images. Cloudflare Web Analytics is also used to count the pages viewed, the approximate region and page load speed. It does not use cookies and does not collect information that identifies you.
- Google: login.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: on the paid plans, this may be used to check that the Service is not being operated automatically by a program. During the check, your IP address and browser information are sent to Cloudflare.
- TypeSafe AI (via OpenRouter): to judge the answers to your questions, we send the text of the questions you enter and information about the word. We do not send information that identifies you.
- OpenAI: to check that uploaded avatar images are not inappropriate, we send the images.
- Stripe: payment for the paid plans. Card numbers and other payment details are handled by Stripe and are not held by the Operator. The Operator receives your customer number and the status of your subscription.
- Google AdSense: used to show advertising. Google may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to the Service and to other sites. If you do not want personalized ads, you can turn them off in Google's Ads Settings (google.com/settings/ads). For details, see Google's "Advertising – Privacy & Terms" ( policies.google.com/technologies/ads).
- Google Analytics: to understand how the Service is used, analytics information is collected using cookies. The information collected is managed by Google and handled under Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). If you do not want it collected, use the opt-out add-on provided by Google (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or disable cookies in your browser.
Apart from these, we do not provide information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
4. How long we keep it
- Information linked to your account is kept until you delete your account. When you delete it, your nickname, avatar and play records are erased.
- Records made while you are not logged in are kept linked to the anonymous identifier. If you clear your browser's cookies, they can no longer be traced back to you.
- Connection logs are deleted after the period set by each infrastructure provider.
5. What you can do
- You can change your nickname and avatar at any time on the account page. However, you can upload a new image up to 3 times a day.
- You can delete your account on the account page.

6. If you live in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland
If you use the Service from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the following applies in addition to the above.
- Controller: the Operator is the controller responsible for your information. Contact details are given below.
- Legal bases: providing the game, login and the paid plans is necessary to perform our contract with you (the Terms of Use). Dealing with abuse, investigating faults and improving the Service are based on the Operator's legitimate interests. Cookies for analytics and advertising are based on your consent.
- Cookie consent: if you use the Service from these regions, we do not use cookies for analytics and advertising until you have given your consent. You can use the Service without consenting. Once we start showing a message asking for consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time from the settings in that message.
- Your rights: you can ask for access to your information, for it to be corrected or erased, for its handling to be restricted, and to receive it in a form you can take to another service, and you can object to its handling. Please contact us at the address below. You can also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country.
- Transfers abroad: your information is handled in Japan and in the countries where the servers of the services listed in "3. Sharing with outside services" are located (such as the United States). These transfers rely on safeguards set by each service, such as standard contractual clauses.
7. Changes
This policy may be changed when necessary. The changed policy applies from the time it is posted on the Service.
